By accessing and/or using the Website (OnlineFreelanceHelpers.com), or purchasing a service package, you agree to the following terms:
1. While using the website and our services, you will not:
i. Fail to deliver payment for the service delivered to you;
ii. Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory or offensive content off website;
iii. Buy a freelance helping service for someone else;
iv. Misuse the “contact us” section by for example spamming;
v. Attempt to sell the freelance helping service currently being offered to you to gain personal profit;
2. We may close, suspend the current service offered to you without reason:
i. If we determine that you have breached, or are acting in breach of, this User Agreement;
ii. If we determined that you did a chargeback on PayPal;
iii. If we determine that you have engaged, or are engaging, in fraudulent, or illegal activities;
3. We are not responsible for how you use our service.
4. All sales are final, and no refunds will be given.
5. We have the right to deny a service request for any reason.
6. We have the right to change this terms of service at any time without prior notice.
7. We may ask you to verify your identity at any given time.
